How Time Mastery is Life Mastery.
Yellow stood out amongst the dark clothing and the somber mood. A mix of conflicting emotions swept through me during the ceremony. So many great memories, so sad they are no longer here. Tears of joy and loss. The funeral made me think of the book by Robin Sharma, Who will cry when you die? I know it is a topic most would prefer to avoid, but it is really important to think about this while you are alive and healthy. So, who will cry when you die?
And why will they cry?
Will they cry because they had so many special moments with you and they will miss you? OR, will they cry because they were waiting to spend time with you. Waiting for work to be quieter. Waiting for you to retire. Waiting for you to find the time. Who will cry when you die? And will there be a handful or hundreds?
I am passionate about time management because where you spend your time determines the quality of your life.
What would you like people to say about you when you pass on? Whatever you want them to say, you create by where you spend your time. If you want to be known as a family person - then spend lots of time with your family. If you want to be known as a business person - spend a lot of time at work. If you want to be known as successful - spend time on your goals. If you want to be known as generous spend lots of time being generous. It is really clear ...
How you spend your time shows others who you are!
And that's why I believe how you spend your time is the most important life skill we need to master. Time Mastery is Life Mastery. I have made it my mission to help as many people as I can that say "I'm really busy" "I can't find the time" "when things slow down I will ..." -- to help you realize that your current busy, stressful life is the result of how you are spending your time. You can develop time management skills and create a time management system to change your life.

A Porsche and a Rolex in London
A Londoner parks his brand new Porsche in front of the office to show it off to his colleagues. As he's getting out of the car, a lorry comes speeding along too close to the kerb and takes off the door before zooming off.
More than a little distraught, the Londoner grabs his mobile and calls the police.
Five minutes later, the police arrive. Before the policeman has a chance to ask any questions, the man starts screaming hysterically: 'My Porsche, my beautiful silver Porsche is ruined. No matter how long it's at the panel beaters it'll simply never be the same again!'
After the man finally finishes his rant, the policeman shakes his head in disgust. 'I can't believe how materialistic you bloody Londoners are,' he says. 'You lot are so focused on your possessions that you don't notice anything else in your life.'
'How can you say such a thing at a time like this?' sobs the Porsche owner.
The policeman replies, 'Didn't you realise that your right arm was torn off when the truck hit you.'
The Londoner looks down in horror. 'F***ing HELL!' he screams........ 'Where's my Rolex????...'
