Our world today is overloaded. Overloaded with tasks, responsibilities and expectations at work and home. It is impossible to use a detailed time management system because of this overload. Any system that requires you to manage all the details, will consume your time just to manage the system.

The Key to having enough time today is to develop and trust your intuition. Your intuition or instinct will guide you to what is truly important, if you let it. Some people call it "going with my gut". Whatever you want to call it, it is by far the best way to sort through the 100s of possible tasks to find the one that will benefit you the most.

The BENEFIT of using your intuition to guide where you spend your time is that your stress will reduce and you will have a much greater sense of contentment. You will feel a sense of clarity and fulfillment from knowing that you trust yourself to do what is most beneficial for you.
